		<description>I got a direct mailer from Dell recently.

They got my business name wrong - used one I haven&#039;t been operatign under for years.

They didn&#039;t know my name - sent it to &quot;Dear Sir/Madam&quot;.

The letter was stuffed full of jargon I didn&#039;t understand - apparently I should be excited at the propect of runnign BIM software to it&#039;s full potential.

The sad thing is that I used to be a Dell customer. I bought a couple of laptops from them, a replacement battery, and spent an hour or so chatting to their support staff when I had a problem.

So pretty poor show with the direct mail.
