They got my business name wrong - used one I haven't been operatign under for years. They didn't know my name - sent it to "Dear Sir/Madam". The letter was stuffed full of jargon I didn't understand - apparently I should be excited at the propect of runnign BIM software to it's full potential. The sad thing is that I used to be a Dell customer. I bought a couple of laptops from them, a replacement battery, and spent an hour or so chatting to their support staff when I had a problem. So pretty poor show with the direct mail. Ian I got a direct mailer from Dell recently.
