One area often neglected is customer testimonials. Customers that love your product or service as happy to tell others – usually if it doesn’t involve any extra work on their part. If you do ask for a testimonial, help by including some questions, statements or even examples of what others have said. Some customers are active on the social media scene and don’t feel that sharing is work at all. In fact, there are over 200,000 YouTube videos where people are raving about what they’ve just bought via what’s called a “haul” video.

Imagine if you could get your customers to talk about your products or organization. Here’s an idea – create a contest and have your customers judge the best haul video; haul tweet or haul pic (posted on your Facebook page of course)!
